With a background in adult learning and facilitation, Theodor’s career has shifted toward developing programmes that connect people, processes and technology. He combines analytical precision with educational empathy, turning data and systems into practical tools for organisations.
Over the past two decades, Theodor has designed and led projects focused on learning, inclusion, and capacity building, helping institutions and professionals transform uncertainty into structure and ideas into measurable impact.
At ClearWay Consulting, he applies this integrative perspective to support clients in the educational, community, and business sectors.
